Guaranteed as described. There are several rips in the carpet around front foot well area of each seat. The other rips are only through the surface material. This rip goes all the way through carpet.

There are no mold or mildew issues. Pickup is at our garage in Morristown, PA 19401. The color is faded in some places. This is a used original BMW part.
