Screws to the floor directly behind passenger side front flip forward type high-back bucket seat. Helps keep a backseat passenger from letting their foot get caught underneath the front seat hook latch mechanism while it is being let back down. Part number au 3 4th photo four original screw comes with it.

One piece is heavy rubber location. Please see 2nd - 3rd photos for location of the guard. Behind passenger side front seat last photo 14 inches long. May be correct for other years or model's. And the other, a stainless bar with four screw holes for anchoring through carpet matting into floor.
